Constipation is something that really embarrasses me. It happens to me way too often but I don’t like to tell someone what is wrong with me when they can see that I am in distress. I will just tell them it’s an upset tummy, which is true, but I leave out the details of what is really making me feel so tired and frustrated. I know I don’t eat the best way that I should so when I read a site about home remedies for constipation, I realized that my diet has a lot to do with my constant constipation. I was not eating the fruits and vegetables that I needed to eat since I eat mostly processed frozen foods. I also don’t drink a lot of water, so I changed that as well.
