I went out for a run the other day on my usual route. I like to run several miles to keep my endurance in check. I took the same route as always. Chicago speed training for football players I went down a couple blocks and through the park. Ike every other day I saw other runners, mothers with their young children and kids playing. I really hate it when the weather turns cold because I miss out on all that. In fact I would rather run outside than run on the most advanced treadmill in the world. I enjoy the fresh air and really just being outside. During the cold winter months I have to move my exercising inside for health reasons otherwise I’d run in the cold too. Trust me if I could I’d run all the time. Instead its time to cozy up in the warm house until spring. When its back to running as usual.

I hope that people would give Kevin a bit of a chance in life. I have known Kevin since he was a kid and I know that there is really some good in him if some people would just give him a break. At the moment, he is quite miserable because he has been suffering from herpes and he tries to take a lot of effective herpes medicine so that his symptoms can subside. However, when people see him with his blisters and sores, they are very quick to judge him.
